Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SellSnap. By using SellSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About SellSnap
SellSnap helps sellers create marketplace listings from photos, seller notes, optional location data, and optional OLX account data. SellSnap can generate listing text and suggested prices with AI and can publish listings to OLX when you connect an OLX account and choose to publish.
Relationship With OLX and Other Services
SellSnap is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with OLX. If you connect an OLX account or publish to OLX, your use of OLX remains subject to OLX's own terms, policies, account rules, and moderation decisions.
SellSnap also uses third-party services, including OpenAI for AI-assisted generation, Supabase for storage-related functionality, and Firebase for analytics and crash diagnostics. Those services may process information as described in the SellSnap Privacy Policy.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the listings you create, edit, copy, or publish through SellSnap. You agree that you will:
- Review every generated title, description, price, category, attribute, photo, and location before publishing.
- Provide truthful information about the item, its condition, ownership, price, and availability.
- Only upload photos and content that you have the right to use.
- Follow applicable law and the rules of any marketplace where you publish a listing.
- Not use SellSnap to sell prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or illegal goods or services.
- Keep your OLX account credentials and connected account secure.
AI-Generated Output
SellSnap uses AI to draft listing text, suggest prices, and suggest listing attributes. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your item or marketplace rules. You must review and correct AI-generated output before using it. SellSnap does not guarantee that generated content will comply with OLX rules, legal requirements, or buyer expectations.
Publishing and Marketplace Decisions
Publishing a listing may depend on OLX account status, OLX API availability, category rules, required attributes, moderation, and other factors outside SellSnap's control. SellSnap does not guarantee that a listing will be published, approved, shown to buyers, or result in a sale.
Guest Mode
Guest mode lets you generate listing content without connecting an OLX account. In guest mode, you are responsible for copying content and publishing it manually if you choose to use it elsewhere.
Availability and Changes
SellSnap may change, suspend, or stop features at any time. The app may be unavailable because of maintenance, bugs, platform limitations, network issues, third-party service outages, or marketplace API changes.
Disclaimers
SellSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSnap disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSnap and Oleksandr Romanishyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost sales, account actions, marketplace moderation, buyer disputes, or third-party service failures arising from your use of the app.
Privacy
Your use of SellSnap is also governed by the SellSnap Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted.
Termination
You may stop using SellSnap at any time. SellSnap may restrict or stop access if the app is misused, if these Terms are violated, or if continuing to provide access would create legal, security, operational, or third-party service risk.
